Privacy Policy

Blue Clarity, LLC (“Blue Clarity”) operates *.blueclarity.com and *.agiledocuments.com. As such, there are many ways to interact with us.

Information collected

We collect information as part of operating our websites and services.

In some cases, we ask you to provide information to us. For example, in order to use the full version of app.agiledocuments.com, we require you to create an account with us. We ask for personal information, such as your name, email, address, telephone and/or credit card.

We collect information about your interaction with our sites and services. For example, we collect information that your internet browser sends to our sites. This includes browser type, browser version, and client IP address. We leverage web site analytics to determine such things as where you came from, how you found us, how long you visited and what you looked at.

Additionally, some of our services can be paired with your computers—such as SharePoint 2013. In these cases, we collect additional information about the type of activities performed, what the activities were performed on, exceptions that may have occurred and the user who performed them.

Use of Information

We use the information collected to operate and improve our sites and services. This includes prioritizing service errors based on the number of users affected and/or their occurrences.

We use your information to better communicate with you. We send service communications such as welcome letters, billing reminders, and information on service issues. Additionally, we may send periodic member letters that are considered part of the service.

Personal information collected by Blue Clarity sites and services may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Blue Clarity or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We will not disclose your personal information outside of Blue Clarity and its successors and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your consent. However, we may cite your organization's name in the course of promoting Blue Clarity's products and services.

Some Blue Clarity services are co-branded by Blue Clarity and another company (partner). If you register to or use such a service, both a Blue Clarity privacy statement and the partner’s privacy statement may be displayed. If so, both Blue Clarity and the partner will receive information you provide such as on registration forms.

Blue Clarity occasionally hires other companies (vendor) to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, hosting websites, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. Those service providers will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose than for delivering the service to Blue Clarity in accordance with Blue Clarity’s instructions and policies. However, our vendors may use aggregate data for fraud detection to help improve their services. This helps them to more accurately detect fraudulent transactions. We may access or disclose information about you, including the content of your communications, in order to: (a) comply with the law or respond to lawful requests or legal process; (b) protect the rights or property of Blue Clarity or our customers, including the enforcement of our agreements or policies governing your use of the services; or (c) act on a good faith belief that such access or disclosure is necessary to protect the personal safety of Blue Clarity employees, customers or the public. We may also disclose personal information as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

Security of Your Personal Information

Blue Clarity is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information we collect on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number or password) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users. Also, if an API Key is issued to your account, it is your responsibility to keep your API Key confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.

Cookies

Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Sites and Services.

We will occasionally update this privacy statement to reflect changes in our services and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Statement, we will revise the “last updated” date at the bottom of this statement. If there are material changes to this statement or in how Blue Clarity will use your personal information, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification.
